I do not charge for administering medication or injections and I do not charge for vets visits.

Drop off and pick ups are within my opening hours by appointment only. I do this as I run a busy kennels and it ensures people are not waiting around to drop off or collect their dogs and it is also less disruptive for the dogs in the kennels. If you pick up by 10.30 in the morning then you will not pay for the day. After that time then the day rate applies. If you are running late then I do ask you contact me to let me know.
